My phone is still under warranty with carphone warehouse so may just opt for replacement but they may say phone is ok but Blackberry need to unlock it. So lots of catch 22s with BlackBerry support now.
If you have the PW and the keyboard is causing the problem, you can back up and transfer files from the phone to a PC with a USB cable and the BlackBerry Link software.
